Try these banana biscuits, an alternate way to give your baby some fruit.
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup iron-fortified infant cereal
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Combine the banana, butter, and egg yolks and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Roll into about 20 small balls and place on baking paper tray.
- Flatten the balls with your palm.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
