Try these banana biscuits, an alternate way to give your baby some fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup iron-fortified infant cereal
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Combine the banana, butter, and egg yolks and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Roll into about 20 small balls and place on baking paper tray.
  • Flatten the balls with your palm.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
