These school holidays Stardome is partnering with Brain Play on selected dates. Brain Play specialises in introducing kiwi kids to a range of STEM-focused creative technologies in a fun and supportive environment.
For these special sessions, after each planetarium film, Brain Play will be taking over our Space Room to run a series of activities using 3D design software. Kids will get the chance to design their own rocket, Martian base, entire planet or whatever else they can imagine!
No prior experience is necessary – and kids can carry on their creations at home with the free software they’ll use on the day. Stardome + Brain Play sessions are strictly limited due to capacity. Bookings essential!
Total duration of planetarium show + Brain Play session is 90 minutes.
