APAA!! A new performing arts hub

APAA is a brand new performing arts academy, based in Takapuna, providing first-class musical theatre training for 7-21 year olds.

Their creative team are amongst the best in New Zealand and include John Callen, Jodie Dorday, Wendy Doyle, Alexandra McKellar, Mark Bradley and Gemma Boswell. In addition, their students will perform in a fully licensed musical production at the ASB Waterfront Theatre, twice a year.

APAA offers weekly training in singing, dancing, acting, and performance skills, as well as rehearsals for two fully-produced licensed musical productions annually.

Rehearsals start on Saturday 9 February and culminate with their first production, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, on 21 – 23 June 2019, at the ASB Waterfront Theatre.
