Turtle Swim School is run in the summer months out of the solar heated Owairaka District school pool. The swim school runs lessons for preschoolers with their parent in the water up to School aged children who are competent swimmers and need help with technique.
Lessons have a holistic approach to start and are taught with a range of toys, games, songs and fun. Children will never be forced but encouraged and taught in a positive, friendly environment that will be rewarding and grow confidence.
Helene Aitchison who is the owner of Turtle Swim School has been teaching and coaching swimming for over 13 years. Helene is extremely passionate about her learn to swim program.
