- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 lime sliced into thin wedges
- ½ nectarine sliced into thin wedges
- 4 mint leaf stalks
- 20 ice cubes
- 1 litre (quart) sparkling (soda) water
Place the ingredients into a jug in the order listed. Finish with the sparkling water. Alternatively divide the ingredients in quarter and put directly into your serving glasses.
Tip: If the fruit and herbs are clumping together you can use the end of a wooden spoon to gently move them into a more balanced position
