You will need:
- 4 pre-cooked Vienna Sausages
- 1 square sheet savoury pastry (I used Edmonds)
What to do:
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with cooking paper.
- Step 2
Defrost the pastry sheet and cut it into 8 thin strips. Wrap 2 strips around each sausage, bandage-style, leaving an inch of sausage exposed about three-quarters up each sausage (this will form the mummy’s face). You can leave a piece of pastry dangling for an “unravelling Egyptian mummy” effect.
- Step 3
Place the sausages on the baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the pastry turns golden.
