A creamy, refreshing and filling smoothie with the added touch of Kellogg’s Special K Nourish!
- 1 dash skim milk
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 4 ice cubes
- 3 heaped tbsp Kellogg’s Special K Nourish
- 1 handful of your favourite berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 tsp honey
How to do it
- Place a dash of skim milk, two tablespoons of yoghurt with 4 cubes of ice, 3 heaped tablespoons of Kellogg’s Special K Nourish and a handful of your favourite berries into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in a glass lined with a spoon of honey and sprinkle with berries.
