Berry good smoothie

Elevate your family’s mornings with this delightful and nutritious smoothie that combines the goodness of skim milk, creamy yogurt, crunchy cornflakes, and a burst of flavourful berries. With a touch of sweetness from honey, this smoothie is not only refreshing but also a filling and wholesome way to kickstart your day.


  • 1 dash skim milk
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3 heaped tbsp cornflakes
  • 1 handful of your favourite berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Place a dash of skim milk, two tablespoons of yoghurt with 4 cubes of ice, 3 heaped tablespoons of cornflakes and a handful of your favourite berries into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve in a glass lined with a spoon of honey and sprinkle with berries.
