
These quick and tasty mini pizza baguettes are perfect for a speedy family meal or snack. With just 10 minutes of prep and 6 minutes of cooking time, you’ll have a hot, cheesy bite ready in no time. Serves 4–6.
Ingredients
- 1 small baguette or 4–6 bread rolls
- 100 g tomato paste (concentrated purée)
- 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence (mixed herbs)
- 2 large slices ham
- ½ onion, peeled and chopped
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cut the bread in half and then slice open horizontally. Spread each piece with tomato paste. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence, then add pieces of ham, chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella and cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 200°C. Fold the baguette back up to make sandwiches and cut each baguette half into two or three pieces.
