A classic Italian dessert right in your bowl with Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles®, yoghurt, cold-brewed coffee, light cream, vanilla extract and grated chocolate.
- 1 cup: Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles® cereal, divided
- 1/2 cup: plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons: cold coffee<
- 2 tablespoons: light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon: vanilla
- 1 teaspoon: grated dark chocolate
1. Place 1 cup of the KELLOGG’S RICE BUBBLES cereal in serving bowl. Top with yoghurt.
2. In small bowl stir together coffee, cream and vanilla. Pour over yoghurt in bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cereal and chocolate. Serve immediately .
