Ingredients
- 1 large parsnip
- 2 apples
- 2 small beetroot
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Peel and dice parsnip, apples, and beetroot.
- Steam until tender and place in a blender or food processor. Add the cinnamon and blend until smooth.
